Happy New Year and Happy national hangover day everyone! Wish health and happiness in 2018.
So, here is my New Year resolution: It is all about health. After misusing my body over the years, i thought it is a good reason to start feeding and treating good my body. I will try my best to keep up, at least until we go back home (Turkey) end of February (fingers crossed).
To start with, we prepared a smoothie to replace a heavy lunch today.
I leave the recipe down below in case anyone wants to have a healthy yet a delicious option for any time craving. Also a guilt free alternative for sugar rush..
1 ripe banana
A handfull blueberry
A handfull walnuts
3 -4 strawberries
1 glass of coconut water (or your choice of almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk, drinking water etc.)
Add 2 spoons of natural yoghurt
Put all ingredients all together in a nutrient extractor (I use Nutribullet 900 Series) I would recommend you to finish it while it is fresh.
